PENETRATION GRADE
We prepare penetration bitumen at different viscosities. The penetration bitumen grade ranges from 15-450, that can be used in different purposes.
CUTBACK GRADE
Cutbacks are divided into three classifications: rapid-curing and medium-curing, depending upon the solvent used.
EMULSION GRADE
Bitumen emulsion is a mixture of fine droplets of bitumen and water. Since bitumen doesn’t mix with water, an emulsifier is used.
OXIDIZED GRADE
Oxidized or blown bitumen grades are produced by passing air through the penetration grade. This gives bitumen more rubbery properties.
VISCOSITY GRADE
Viscosity grade bitumen is actually the standard grade bitumen. It’s suitable for road construction and asphalt pavement production.
POLYMER MODIFIED
Polymer modified bitumen is one of the specially designed and engineered bitumen. It is used in making pavements as it withstands extreme weather conditions.
NATURAL GRADE
Natural bitumen is used in the hardening of oil products and can be easily converted into powdery form. It can be used as a performance-enhancing agent.
PERFORMANCE GRADE
Performance grade bitumen is graded based on its performance at different temperatures. The performance is rated under extreme hot and cold conditions.
